At the pumpkin patch Lily was all over the place picking up every little pumpkin she could find. We didn't know it was going to be a little muddy and she kept getting her hands dirty and looking at them like "Uh O, what do I do with this?" She finally threw down the pumpkins and was ready to hit the road. I picked up the first pumpkin she had picked out to bring it back and pay for it as our souvenier.
She can't help but be a little cheese.... she is actually saying "cheeeeeeese", in this picture.
After the patch we feed some pigs, goats ( a great big Billy goat) and some chickens. Then we watched to older kids mine some gems. The cost to mine was $7 and we forgo that part since Lily was just to little. Then we went on a hide and seek nature walk that was followed by lunch picnic style. It was a great afternoon and the only cost to us was the 50 cents for our little pumpkin. I recommend this place to others in the area.
